The daily bread: our post-grad French Patisserie students learning from the masters at Ecole Nationale Superieure de Patisserie (ENSP) in #Yssingeaux, France. The students learn in class for 3 weeks before moving on to the pastry kitchens across the country. We are now craving baguettes.
