The Toronto Police Service would like to thank the public for their assistance locating a missing woman. Heidi Grotsch, 44, was last seen on Friday, Nov. 14, 2014, in the King Street East and Princess Street area.
She was located on Wednesday, December 3, 2014, at 10:30 p.m.
Grotsch had not turned up for work which is very unusual for her. Investigators have also uncovered other information which caused them to be concerned for her well-being.
Speaking at a press conference in Toronto Police Headquarters on Dec. 1 her brother Frank asked for help, “I’d like to ask the public if anyone has seen my sister Heidi, or if they look at the picture and think back within the last two weeks if there’s any time they may have seen her, to call the police because we’re really concerned about her safety.”
Detective Jessica McInnis says that Grostsch had planned a trip to Montreal by herself but may have changed her plans and gone on vacation with a man to a different location. Montreal police are assisting with the investigation but have turned up no leads.
