The Women’s Executive Network (WXN) awarded Anne Sado, president of George Brown College, with its, “Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Award” in the ‘Public Sector Leader’, category.
This is the second time in three years in which she has been named, for her strong leadership skills and vision, by the respected women’s group.
The WXN recognises women who excel in the private, not for profit and public sectors and with this award Sado joins 653 women across Canada who have been similarly acknowledged since the award’s beginning.
This distinction adds to her previous awards this year, such as the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee Medal.
