Anyway, project that making stairs is almost done. Today’s great experience at @gbcchca! I got give a presentation to some first years, part 2 to be presented next week. Followed by being a guest judge for the Chefs Kitchen series! I got to taste this healthfully inspired Japanese meal and rate each dish based off of flavour and presentation.
