Justin Trudeau may have gotten all of the attention today but in other news the #gbcchca officially announced its new building, 215 King, a hub of collaboration and research. The four floors include our Chefs House, spaces for hospitality and events and our gorgeous new wine theatres also available for tastings and launches (not to mention where our coned #wine classes take place). On the fourth floor will be our Food Innovation Research studio (FIRST) for product testing and launches. It’s a very exciting time at the school and I feel honoured and lucky to be part of all of the exciting innovations taking place here.
