Investigators in 14 Division have released security video showing a robbery of a 91-year old woman, which occurred in an apartment lobby area near Spadina Avenue and Oxford Street on Sept. 28.

The video shows a man following the victim, who uses a walker, into the apartment building lobby. He pushes her and struggling to pull the bag away from her before running away.

He is described as white, 20-25, with short black hair. He was wearing a black T-shirt with blue shorts and a white backpack with black markings or a pattern.
